Along with our standard policies, we also have a VA manager on the backend to monitor the VA’s activities to ensure they are staying on task and a software called Time Doctor installed on their computers to monitor their activity while logged into working hours.
We have the option for you to assign tasks and deadlines through the Wishup App, or you can reach out to your Wishup VA through another method of your choosing, such as call, text, email, or video chat.
Our Indian VAs go through a 2-3 month long training program before ever being assigned to a client that includes extensive accent, language, and communication training. As for the time difference, they will work a night shift in India in order to accommodate the day shift hours of 9am-6pm for all continental US time zones. The time difference will not affect their ability to be available during normal US business hours.
Wishup VAs are available from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. They are not required to work weekends.
Our US-based VAs are allowed to provide cold calling services, but our Indian VAs do not.
Your VA will have their own VA manager on the backend along with an entire training team to assist them in accomplishing their assigned tasks everyday and maintaining their training on essential tools for your business. You will also have your own account manager who will be your point of contact for anything related to your Wishup subscription. You will have an entire team at your back, not just a single person, to ensure you get the quality service you require.
Wishup VAs are actual people. We train our VAs to utilize a variety of AI tools, but we offer the human touch that your business needs.
Our VAs are trained on a variety of different digital tools and tasks, and if they see that there is an opportunity to automate or streamline your business processes, they are encouraged to provide suggestions to help.
Because of the backend team structure with your account manager and the VA manager, you will never have to worry about your VA being out of touch with you with no recourse. Should your VA fail to log in or check in on time, you can always reach out to your account manager for assistance.
Your VA’s backend manager will be there to make sure your VA is on task everyday, including days when you may not be working.
Wishup’s month-to-month subscription model allows you to modify your subscription from month-to-month as required. You can add or reduce your subscription/bandwidth to accommodate your ever-changing needs.
Wishup’s bookkeepers are strictly used for bookkeeping/accounting tasks and not other administrative duties. Our bookkeepers have extensive experience and training specific to those niche tasks required for maintaining your financial records, while our virtual assistants are trained in the more front-end administrative/operational tasks.
We do have a marketing/copywriting service offering that is also on a month-to-month subscription basis. This is a separate offering from our standard virtual assistant. Rather than having one assigned individual on your team for this, you will have an entire marketing team to work on the monthly deliverables that you agree to with a customized marketing/content strategy and pricing quote that satisfies your unique requirements.
